If you have not received a journal issue that you have paid for and have allowed enough time for shipping, please contact Journals Customer Service. Before you submit a claim, please check our current issues list to see if it has been published yet. Claims for free replacement of issues will only be accepted within six months of the journal shipment date.

Electronic Subscriptions

Libraries may purchase single title electronic subscriptions and electronic/print combination subscriptions for most UNP journals through Project MUSE. For information on journal availability, pricing, and how to order, visit the Project MUSE website.

The online versions of some UNP journals are available to individual subscribers; they must be ordered through our website. To subscribe, visit the journal's page and look for "Electronic-1 yr" in the "Individual" subscription options box. If this option does not appear in the box, individual online access is not yet available.
