Before you submit a claim, please check our current issues list to see if it has been published yet. Claims for free replacement of issues will only be accepted within six months of the journal shipment date.

Electronic Subscriptions

Libraries may purchase single title electronic subscriptions and electronic/print combination subscriptions for most UNP journals through Project MUSE. For information on journal availability, pricing, and how to order, visit the Project MUSE website.

The online versions of some UNP journals are available to individual subscribers; they must be ordered through our website. To subscribe, visit the journal's page and look for "Electronic-1 yr" in the "Individual" subscription options box. If this option does not appear in the box, individual online access is not yet available.

Single Electronic Article Purchase

Orders for single electronic articles must be submitted by phone to ensure that the article is available. We currently offer single electronic articles for the following journals:

American Indian Quarterly
Nineteenth-Century French Studies
Legacy

Articles must be at least one year past their publication date in order to be eligible for purchase. In some cases, specific copyright restrictions may make an article ineligible.

The price per article is $10.00 and prepayment, by credit card, is required. Orders will be processed during regular business hours Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST. Once an order has been processed, refunds will not be issued.

Articles will be be provided as a PDF file and sent as an e-mail attachment unless special circumstances warrant some other format. Orders are generally filled within one business day of receipt.
