Indians of the Southeast
This series focuses on the Indians of the southeastern United States. Although books in the series concentrate in the disciplines of history and anthropology, archaeology, linguistics, sociology, literature, and related disciplines also play a large role. The series has a broad, interdisciplinary focus, in which new interpretations and innovative methodologies are presented. The series also includes books aimed at general readers interested in the Native peoples of the southeast.
